What do event planners do?

Event planners are there to guide you through the planning process leading up to and on the day of your event. I provide a checklist of activities that need to be done, tips, etiquette, and suggested guidelines. I handle any bookings and rentals needed, as well as paperwork and coordinating with vendors. For the day-of, I'm in charge of setting and cleaning up, making sure everything is ready and runs smoothly. I have your back the entire time, even the smallest detail. I will find you the best choices and prices that fit your budget and type of event.


As the bride or host of your event, it is easy to become overwhelmed with responsibilities and information. Remember to stay calm and collected when dealing with your family and vendors to not create any tension. Keeping your family involved is one way make it feel like they are helping out and also minimizes any unexpected expenses or unwanted surprises. You should still be open to suggestions and ideas because there might be something you haven't thought of or would be a perfect addition to your event.
